It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Phillips (Storrs, Connecticut), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on February 9, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Michael and Mary Genevieve Kelly (Trout); and her sister Marcia Joan Brickley. She is survived by : her sons, Alvah Gordon Phillips of St. Louis, MO and Roger Thomas Phillips (Ann); and her granddaughters, Kelly Ann Phillips, Kasey Marie Phillips of Ashford, CT, Caroline Josephine Phillips and Amy Miriam Phillips of St. Louis, MO..
