With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alan Swanson of Storrs, Connecticut, born in Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alan Swanson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Swanson and Grace Swanson. He is survived by: his wife Sharron Swanson (Atkins); his son Kurt (Jo-Ann); his grandchildren, Connor and Anya; his son Ronald Swanson; and his sister Jean Smith (Rick). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID restrictions, there will be a private funeral service at Rose Hill Funeral Home followed by burial in Rose Hill Memorial Park.
