It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard C. Palmer Sr. of Stonington, Connecticut, who passed away on February 26, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Linzen Palmer; and his parent Douglas. He is survived by: his son Attorney Cris Palmer of Stonington; his parent Richard; and his siblings, Jeanne Palmer Banks and Douglas J. Palmer Jr..
