He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Williams and Eleanor Williams; his son-in-law Roger; and his grandson Kevin Piver. He is survived by: his former wife Clara Marie Watrous; his wife Doris Watrous Williams; his son Raymond H. Williams, Jr. (Dorothy) of East Lyme; his grandsons, Jeffrey Williams and Michael Williams; his daughter Beverly Beaucage of Bradenton; his grandchildren, Kelly Glazer and William Mitchell; his son Wayne Williams (Prudence) of North Stonington; his grandchildren, Bruce Williams, Glenn Willams and Troy Williams; his daughter Mariann Piver of Elverson; his son-in-law David; his granddaughter Julie Montgomery; and his stepchildren, Tom Watrous, Walter Watrous, Randy Watrous, Ernie Watrous, Suzanne Azevedo and Violet Spear. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Raymond's honor may be made to the Groton Heights Baptist Church, 72 Broad St., Groton, Ct. 06340.
