He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Zagora Sr. and Helen Zagora (Szarek); his former wife Mary Zagora; and his brothers, John E. Zagora Jr. and Thomas Zagora.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine T. Zagora (Peralli); his son Michael K. Zagora; and his stepchildren, James Gauley, Jason Krause, Shawn Carrier, Sandra Vanesse, Samantha Hale, Rachelle Levandowski and Michelle Carrier. He is also survived by four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
