He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Falk; his sons, Christopher and Timothy Piecuch; his daughters-in-law, Chelsea Negray and LeeAnn Tucker; his daughter Lisa Piecuch Espinoza (Douglas Espinoza) of Memphis; his grandchildren, Hannah, Elise Piecuch of San Francisco, Margaret Espinoza Roberts (William) of Chicago and Douglas Espinoza II (Renee Aylin Espinoza) of Memphis; his great grandchildren, Amelia Espinoza and Arya Roberts; and his sister Janet Piecuch Terry (Esther Siver).
