He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Bickford and Katheryn Bickford. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Ruffin; his children, Andrew, Amy, Sally and Sherri; and his siblings, Stephen and Cynthia Vigue. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
