We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Jeffrey M. Medeiros of Stonington, Connecticut. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Timothy F. Medeiros; and his grandparents, Francis, Manuel Medeiros, Rose and Mike Hirsch.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ava and Zoe Medeiros; his significant other Nicole Souza of Stonington; his mother Cynthia Greene (Wayne); his stepmother Susan Medeiros; his siblings, Erika Asermelly (Antonio), Shenna Simpson (Marc LaBrosse), Miah Medeiros (Adam McShane), Laura Dyer (Matthew) and Michael Greene (Kendra); his parents-in-law, Susan and Richard Souza; his brother Rick; and his sister-in-law Alexandra. He is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Jeff's family asks that donations be made to the Stonington High School c/o Athletic Director Bryan Morrone. Alternatively, donations in Jeff's memory may be made to the Closer to Free Fund for cancer research through Yale New Haven Hospital.
