It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Thibodeau (Stonington, Connecticut), born in Westerly, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 14, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lombardo and Mary Lombardo. She is survived by: her children, Janette Phillips (Bill) of Pawcatuck, Nancy Balestracci of Groton and Jerry Thibodeau (Paula) of Groton; her grandchildren, Matthew Phillips, Josephine Phillips, Thomas Balestracci (Melissa), Joseph Balestracci and Ryan Thibodeau; her siblings, Josephine Robinson of Burleson, TX and Conni Cofone of Dewey, AZ; and her brother-in-law Angelo Casale of Westerly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
