She was predeceased by: her father Joseph M.; her brother Hermano Fernandes of Stonington; and her son Durval T. Machado Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Carmen Pietraallo of Westerly, RI, Louie Machado of Stonington and Manuel Machado of Newington, CT. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
