He is survived by: his daughters, Krista Saball of Fitchburg, MA., Erin Higgins of Stonington, CT. and Courtney Higgins (Drew) of Stonington, CT.; his grandchildren, Joey, Brian, Caitlin, Christos, Revekka, Stella, Julian and Grayson; and his siblings, Carol Moran, Eugene C. Higgins Jr., Cynthia Gardiner, Catherine Girard, Cheryl Garland, Donna Jones, Mark Higgins, Eileen Cerniglia, Bianca Soares, John Higgins and Kevin Higgins.
