He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Eileen S. Lalime (Bessette); his parents, Alexandre Lalime and Emilia Lalime (Beauregard); and his stepsons, Eugene S. Bessette (Nancy) of Pawcatuck, John H. Bessette (Yong) of Groton, Peter E. Bessette (Carolyn) of Pawcatuck and David T. Bessette (Susan) of Pawcatuck. He was also cherished by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three nephews.
