He was predeceased by: his parents, Will U Davis and Caroline C Davis; his wife Sue Mae Davis; and his children, Aurelia M Barton (Bitty) and Willie J Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Dwight (late James) of Queens, NY, Cathy Forde (Fred) of Hampton, VA and Tyron Davis (Patricia) of Roswell, GA.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
