He was predeceased by: his father Jacob "Jack" Dazzo; his grandparents, Michael Cognetta and Rose Sacco Cognetta; and his close friend Chris Lemone. He is survived by: his mother Angela Marie "Angel" Cognetta Dazzo; his wife Lisa Marie Wachowski Dazzo; his children, Michael Jacob Dazzo (Carly Sepe) and Lydia Ann Dazzo; his sister Lauren Marie Dazzo Abate (Anthony); and his aunts, Marie Tallone (Lino) and Michelle Gallo (Joseph). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Billy's name to the Alzheimer's Association, Connecticut Chapter, 200 Executive Blvd S #4b, Southington, CT 06489.
