He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Blazey and Stephen Blazey; his wife Irene; and his son Stephen D. Blazey, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Christopher; his daughters-in-law, Sharon and Alfreda; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Alison, Jean and Brittany. He is also survived by His family welcomes all relatives and friends.
