He was predeceased by: his parents, Francescantonio Pugliese and Francesca Francese Pugliese; and his siblings, Maria Megale and Antonio Pugliese. He is survived by: his wife Elisabetta Pugliese; his sons, Frank Pugliese (Curly Gustave) and Rosario Pugliese Jr. (Martha); his grandchildren, Elisabetta, Rosario III, Giuseppe, Francescantonio, Giovanni, Cristina and Francesca; and his sisters, Olimpia Rosa Rettura, Lilliana Timpano and Stella Pugliese.
