He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Kulis and Elizabeth Fortunato Kulis. He is survived by: his wife Dorlene Donlon Kulis; his son Scott Kulis (Alyssa); his brother Vinson Kulis; his stepmother Lillian Kulis; and his stepchildren, Sheila, Kelley, Keven and Keith Belden.
