She was predeceased by: her husband Alfredo; her parents, Antonio Hernandez and Angela Hernandez; her grandson Alfred Velez; and her children-in-law, Jerry Maciaszek, Manuel Cruz and Marquita Huff.
She is survived by: her daughters, Evelyn Suarez (Albert), Lissette Maciaszek, Luz Velez (Obdulio), Corina Cruz, Myrna McEvoy (Michael), Vilma Frothingham (Matthew) and Shirley Escobedo; and her grandchildren, Anthony Velez, Charlene Harris (Owain), Katie Zackery (Chris), Albert Velez (Jennifer), Kelly Lobo (Jeffery), Steven Maciaszek, Matthew Cruz, William Cruz, Emily Sanchez (Noe), David Maciaszek, Amanda Akbar (Matthew) and Nicole Frothingham.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Poole Funeral Home (1970 Eagle Dr, Woodstock, GA 30189). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the St. Catherine of Sienna (1618 Ben King Rd, Kennesaw, GA 30144).
