She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Bienkowski and Martin Bienkowski; her husband Fred Augustyn; and her siblings, Victoria, Peter and Stanley.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Jr., Bobby, Laura, Janice and Judy; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Matthew, Allison and Stephanie.
