He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph Bosak Jr. and Dorothy C. Graham; and his son David Matthew Bosak. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann (Capalbo). He is also survived by three sisters a brother, and by many nieces and nephews.
