He is survived by: his wife Christina Gagne; his children, Kimberly MacDougall (Johnny), Jason (Amy) and Jeremy (Missy); his stepchildren, Laurie Gagne Chariott, Denise Formanek, Paul and Roger Gagne; and his brothers, John (Bob) and Thomas Salley (Lisa).
