He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Vorvis Morgan and Harry Pappas. He is survived by: his son Gary C. Morgan, Jr.; his brother Jason Morgan; his goddaughters, Alexis Margaret Morgan and Alyssa Margaret Morgan; and his friend Tracey Morgan Downey of Stamford.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Archangels Greek Orthodox Church (1527 Bedford St, Stamford, CT 06905). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 3:30 PM and at 4:00 PM.
Gary took great pride in donating his time to coaching youth sports, finding joy in the connections he built while coaching Babe Ruth baseball, Church of the Archangels and Stamford Youth basketball, and, in recent years, the Stamford Spartans Youth football program.
