With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Oak (Stamford, Connecticut), born in Fairfield, Connecticut, who passed away on May 18, 2018 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Klineman Oak; his daughters, Sarah "Delaney" Oak of Rowayton, CT and Shelby Oak of Rowayton, CT; and his brother Tim Oak of Ft.
A Celebration of Daniel's Life will take place on Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rowayton Beach Association Boat House located at 39 Rowayton Ave. Donations may be made in Daniel's honor to the work of Dr. David Hafler for Immunology, Attention: Sharon McManus, Director of Medical Development at Yale, Department of Neurology, P.O.
