Christos Aloupis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2024, at the age of 90, Christos Aloupis (Stamford, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vasilios Aloupis and Maria Aloupis (Roumeliotis); his wife Helen Aloupis; his brother Costas Aloupis; and his siblings-in-law, Panagiotis Bratsinis, John Bakes, Tom Bakis, Ted Bakis, Helen Aloupis and Rebecca Bakes.
He is survived by: his daughters, Maria Aloupis and Debbie Aloupis; his son-in-law Carter Sherwood of Stamford; his siblings, Zacharias Aloupis (Magdalini) of Stamford and Panagiota Bratsini of Greece; and his siblings-in-law, George Bakes (Joan) of Bridgeport, Mike Bakis of Atlanta, GA and Jayne Bakis of Little River, SC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in Christos' name to The Archangels Ladies Philoptochos.
