He is survived by: his significant other Carol McKoy; his daughters, Shannon Bailey and Shayna Bailey; his stepdaughter Nichelle Dixon; his grandson Donte Bailey; his siblings, Elsie Grady (Bailey) of Goldsboro, NC, Emma Crawford (Bailey) of Summerville, SC, Frank Bailey (Emma) of Edenton, NC, Otis E. Bailey (Sylvia) of Centreville, VA, Leo M. Bailey (Yvonne) of Nyack, NY and Joseph Bailey (Roz) of Raleigh, NC; and his sisters-in-law, Bridget Gray Bailey (Plummer) and Eve Bailey (Pete). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
