She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley "Chew" Evanchik; her parents, Anthony Cakavell and Daisy Mae Cakavell (Roberts); her daughter Helen "Poochie" Evanchik; and her siblings, George, Arthur Cakavell, Dorothy Zeranski and Helen Burke.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ratzel (Donald), Arthur Evanchik and Christine Noonan (Thomas); her brother Frank Cakavell; her grandchildren, Sherry Love, Christopher Ratzel, Kelly Noonan and Thomas "Tommy" Noonan II; and her nieces and nephews, Dieter Cakavell and Anna Barbera. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
