She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony "Randy" Carlucci; her parents, Jennie Fusco (Baranello) and Rocco Fusco; and her brothers, Ralph and James Fusco.

She is survived by: her daughters, Marguerite Carlucci, Jenny Carlucci McLaughlin and Angela Carlucci; and her sons-in-law, Gene Giaquinto and Christopher McLaughlin.

Her family welcomes donations in her name to Franciscan Friars of the Atonement or Salesian Sisters of Saint John Bosco.
