It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce DeWitt Dixon of Stamford, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Engel Dixon; and his sister Barbara D. Fike. He is survived by: his wife Helen McCully Dixon; his children, Christopher Dixon (Susan) of Hadley, Timothy D. Dixon (Yvonne) of Shaker Heights, Lisa Dixon Bugos (Mark) of West Hartford and Cynthia Dixon Conway (Edward) of Manchester, Massachusetts; and his stepchildren, Carrie McCully Brown (John) of Sweet Briar and Timothy M. McCully (Joanna) of Silver Spring, Maryland.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, and two step-great grandsons.
