She was predeceased by: her father Nicholas Rocco. She is survived by: her sons, Nicholas F. Hanzlik, Sr. (Sandi) and Stanley J. Hanzlik, Jr. (Kim); her grandchildren, Nicholas F. Hanzlik, Jr. (Melissa), Brendan Hanzlik, Monica Ortiz, Shawn Hanzlik, Lisette Ortiz, Kevin Hanzlik, Kristi Ortiz (Elvin) and Trisha Rodriguez (Luis); her great grandchildren, Logan Rodriguez, Siena and Stella Hanzlik; and her brother Dr. Frank A. Sessa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Amelia's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
