She is survived by: her children, Robert Surdell, Jr., Carol Martorelli (Jon), Cindy Dixon (Richard) and Carrie Hastings (Tom); and her grandchildren, R. J. of Rachelle, J. J., Elisha, Brianne, Gabrielle, Madison, Amy, Adam and Alexander. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
