He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chrostowsky and Eunice Whitcomb (Furness); his brother James Chrostowsky; his stepfather Albert Whitcomb; and his parents-in-law, Peter and Helen Dymerski.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Chrostowsky (Dymerski); his brother George Chrostowsky (Elizabeth) of Colchester, CT; his nephew Aaron Chrostowsky of Winthrop, ME; his niece Marybeth Chrostowsky of Lawrenceville, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Marie, Tom Meade of Charlestown, RI and Jann Dymerski of Enfield, CT.
