We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2022, William D. Barnett Sr. of Stafford Springs, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Barnett and Mrytle Barnett (Hiltz); and his son William D. Barnett, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Barnett (Poehler); his daughter Megan Murana (Eric); his grandfather Jackson (Amelia Murana); and his siblings, Duane Barnett, Robert Barnett (Denice), Joanne Williams (Michael) and Kathy Blake. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to Stafford High School, c/o Billy Barnett Scholarship, 145 Orcuttville Rd., Stafford Springs, CT 06076.
