She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore J. Baxter; her parents, William Ducharme and Mary Ducharme (Greene); her son Theodore J. Baxter, Jr.; and her siblings, Dorothy Gilman, Harold Ducharme and William Ducharme, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra; her son-in-law John C. Emhoff; her grandchildren, John A. Emhoff, Mark Baxter and Joanna Baxter; her sisters-in-law, Jeanne and Pat Baxter; and her family, Dr. Parikh, Sarah, Jocelyn, Dianne, Bonnie, Shelley, Stephanie, JoAnne, Dawn, Jean Marie, Adam and Rick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
