Though Victoria may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Binks and Marguerita Binks (Jarvis); and her brother Ronald Lawrence. She is survived by: her fiancé Dennis Kaba of Stafford Springs; and her siblings, Bonnie (Gary Barile), LoraLee (John Boardman), Joseph Binks, Harry Caprilozzi of Norwich and Cheryl Bolduc of Enfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and one great nephew.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home (400 Main St, Manchester, CT 06040). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
