He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Locke and Louise Locke (Ramponi); his daughter Ann Marie Hebert; and his brother Ronald Locke. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Locke (Kaleta); his children, Susan Locke (Brian Prucker), Sally Woods (Jeffrey) and Christopher Locke (Lisa); his son-in-law Michael Hebert; his grandchildren, Devon, Kianna Woods, Michael, Mathieu Hebert, Benjamin and Cameron Locke; and his siblings, Kenneth Locke (Doris), Jane Kennedy, Janet Bellante (John) and Linda Hoyt.
