He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvene Caldwell and Helen Caldwell (Wright); and his siblings, Mary Ann Ketcherside and Thomas Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Caldwell (Mullins); his children, Shawn Caldwell (Jennifer) and Kelly Caldwell-Kellerman; his grandchildren, Michael, Courtney, Katie and Caley; and his sister Sally Lynn Mullaney (Richard). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
