It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Skinner of Stafford Springs, Connecticut, who passed away on November 29, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Skinner; her parents, Walter Blair and Mabel Blair (DeCarli); her brothers, Walter Blair and Robert Blair; her grandson Warren Skinner; and her siblings-in-law, Crystal Montgomery, Caroline Howe and Collins Skinner.

She is survived by: her children, William H. Skinner, II (Candy Bell), Patricia A. Gifford (Jack Gifford), Everett W. Skinner, III and Sherry Skinner (Luginbuhl). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Crystal Lake Food Pantry, 278 Sandy Beach Rd., Ellington, CT 06029.
