We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2024, Lorraine N. Carr of Stafford Springs, Connecticut, born in Portsmouth, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard L. Carr; and her parents, Parker McQuarrie and Mary McQuarrie (Blackie). She is survived by: her children, Sandra Cowles (Randy), Larry Carr (Patricia), Brenda Heidzig (Steven) and Richard P. Carr; and her grandchildren, Michael, Angela Cowles, Stevie and Weston Heidzig. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
