She is survived by: her boyfriend Jim Champagne; her children, Courtney, Joshua and Justin; her grandchildren, Arianna, Richie, Justin Jr. of Nathan, CJ, Ciriana and Nova; her stepdaughters, Holly and Sarah Champagne; and her siblings, Judy and Walter.
