He is survived by: his parent Frances Chase (Mason); his children, Timothy Chase (Christine) of South Carolina, Tina Sladek (Kevin) of Stafford Springs and Tammy Castonguay (Claude) of Stafford Springs; his grandchildren, Cooper Chase, Willow Chase, Elizabeth Sladek, Austin, Adam and Danielle Castonguay; and his sister Judy Erker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
