With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert L. Harper Jr. of Stafford Springs, Connecticut, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on December 18, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Harper and Anondus Harper (Nichols). He is survived by: his children, Laura Martin, Wendy Batz (Steve), Lisa Muzio and Gary Harper (Kimberly); and his grandchildren, Pamela, Patty, Jeff, Gary, Jr. and Paul. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
