She was predeceased by: her husband William C. Slater; her parents, Howard Smith and Annie Smith (Soukup); her children, William and Amanda Slater; and her siblings, Richard, Raymond Smith and Janet Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark and Michael Slater; her grandchildren, Sarah Berard (Jay) and Cobi Slater; and her sister Mildred Braun.
