She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Zuckerbraun and Henrietta Zuckerbraun; her husband Irwin S. Polens; her brothers, Jerome Zuckerbraun and Dr. Leonard Zuckerbraun; her sister-in-law Irene Zuckerbraun; and her son-in-law Mark Rees.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Rees of Columbia, KY, Jared Polens of North Adams, MA and Rachel Polens of Meredith, NY; and her nephews, Joel Zuckerbraun (Cindy), David Zuckerbraun (Gail) and Kurt Zuckerbraun (Mariflor).
