It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn C. Stehlik of Stafford Springs, Connecticut, born in Tolland, Connecticut, who passed away on January 8, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucien Cartier and Robea Cartier (Bouchen); her husband Robert S. Stehlik; her daughters, Sandra Ference and Nancy Tate; her grandson Michael Ference; and her siblings, Geraldine Cartier Lanagan, Roy Lucien "Butch" Cartier, Roger Cartier, Alice Ricard, Robert Cartier and Donald Cartier.
She is survived by: her daughter Renee Cavar; her grandchildren, Jeff Cavar, Julie Carpenter, Michelle Brothers, Ashley Tate, Amy Furness and Mark Ference; and her siblings, Dorothy Armelin and Victor Cartier. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
