She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Michael and Anna Elkanich (Zavoda); her spouse Charles "Whitie" Heuitson; her siblings, George (Anna Elkanich) of Citra, FL, Anna (George Cheman) of Stafford Springs, CT, Mary (Melvin Sullivan) and Helen (Fred Ingraham) of Inverness, FL; her brother-in-law Armand Parenteau of Enfield, CT.; her sister Vilma Parenteau of Enfield, CT; her children, Craig Heuitson (Linda) of Stafford Springs, CT and Colleen Heuitson (Andrew Zink) of Stafford Springs, CT; her grandchildren, Courtney (Carlos Martinez) of South Windsor, CT and Christopher Heuitson of Portland, ME; and her great grandchildren, Lucas Martinez, Liliana and Mia Martinez. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
