She was predeceased by: her father Paul Mandak; and her husband Richard R. Jenkins, III. She is survived by: her mother Anne Mandak (Szynal); her brother Leonard Mandak (Donna); her stepchildren, Richard R. Jenkins, IV (Debbi), Joseph Jenkins, Amy Poissant (Kevin) and Michael Jenkins; and her sister Debbie DaDalt Wilson. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
