We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2021, at the age of 36, Daniel L. Carter of Stafford Springs, Connecticut, born in Manchester, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Christopher, Hailey and Rosyln Carter; his parents, Debra Carter (Cormier) and Gary Carter Sr. of Fayette, Maine; his brother Gary Carter Jr. (Jennifer) of Sorrento Florida; his uncle Alfred; his aunt Janet Cormier; and his friends, Wesley Rose and Tena King. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
