He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Joseph Frey and May Helen Cox. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Ettorre; his son Christopher P. Frey; his daughter-in-law Kristine Frey; his son Marc P. Frey; and his daughter-in-law Patricia Frey.
