Jake Panus Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jake Panus of Southport, Connecticut, who passed away on August 9, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jake Panus to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his parents, Kellie and Stephen; his brother Liam; his grandmothers, Carol Whitmyer of Marco Island, FL and Joan Panus of Melbourne Beach, FL; his uncles, Michael Whitmyer of Byfield, MA and Mark Panus of Mendham, NJ; his aunt Sarah Panus of Boca Raton, FL; and his cousins, Matthew, Michelle Fanelli, Jamie-Leigh and Max Whitmyer. He is also survived by many other cousins and dear friends and classmates.
Due to Covid-related reasons, the service will be private and by invitation only.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial scholarship fund will be created in Jake's name to provide post-secondary education financial assistance to the children from Red Shirt Table on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
