She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Cavanaugh; her child Timothy D. Benson; her wife Lou Anne of Milford; her sisters, Jean Cushion of West Haven, Barbara Cavanaugh of Westport and Joan Cavanaugh of Fairfield; and her sister-in-law Ethel Cavanaugh of Fairfield. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter.
